From Highway 44 traveling west:
Exit at Shrewsbury Avenue.
Turn right on Shrewsbury Avenue.
Cross Highway 44 and Lansdowne.
Make a right into our parking lot, which we share with Martens & D'Angelo LLC.
Make a left and drive up alongside our building where you will see several parking spaces
labeled Holifit. If all of these spaces are taken, you may park in the lot below.
From Highway 44 traveling east:
Get off at the Laclede Station Road exit.
Travel straight and cross Laclede Station Road.
Turn left onto Murdoch Avenue.
At the 2nd light, turn left onto Shrewsbury Avenue.
You will pass Holistic Fitness on the southwest corner of Murdoch Ave. and Shrewsbury Ave.
Turn left into our parking lot, which we share with Martens & D'Angelo LLC.
Make a left and drive up alongside our building where you will see several parking spaces
labeled Holifit. If all of these spaces are taken, you may park in the lot below.
From Highway 40 traveling west:
Get off at the Big Bend Blvd. South exit.
Travel 2-3 miles. You will pass a McDonalds on your right. The next light is Shrewsbury Ave.
Turn left onto Shrewsbury Avenue. There is a KFC on the southeast corner of Shrewsbury Ave.
and Murdoch Ave.
Cross Highway 44 and Lansdowne.
Make a right into our parking lot, which we share with Martens & D'Angelo LLC.
Make a left and drive up alongside our building where you will see several parking spaces
labeled Holifit. If all of these spaces are taken, you may park in the lot below

Cross Big Bend Blvd. Go under the underpass. Turn left onto Wilshusen.
Turn left onto Murdoch Avenue
Turn left onto Shrewsbury Avenue.
You will pass Holistic Fitness on the southwest corner of Murdoch Ave. and Shrewsbury Ave.
