Karen Gelb
While growing up I spent years in poor
health being prescribed various medications and antibiotics with
little or no improvement in my overall health. Disgusted
with conventional medicine I decided to research holistic
alternatives and continually came across references to colonic
hydrotherapy. After receiving a series of colonic
treatments I was amazed by the dramatic improvement in my
overall health and well-being. After every treatment I
left with such a great feeling of vitality and improvement in my
quality of life that I decided to make changes in my own life to
share this improved quality of life with others by becoming
certified and providing colonic services.
After some research, I found an
exceptional school for colon hydrotherapy certification in
Florida. I strongly believe it is extremely important to
have the best education and hands-on-training available to
provide the very best for my clients. The experience and
knowledge I gained there was absolutely amazing! I feel
that obtaining my certification was hands down the best thing I
have ever done.
Everyone deserves to go through life being
healthy and happy, with endless vitality. I've found that
with the combination of alternative modalities including colon
hydrotherapy, Unified Field Therapy, Massage, Chiropractic Care
and Managed Nutrition we can all feel that way.

Sharon
Peterson
My name is Sharon Peterson, and I have been
working at Holistic Fitness as a Colon Hydrotherapist, since
March of 2006. I became interested in colonics after this
cleansing process rid me of migraines. In my practice I also
include Essential Oils. I have learned that they can increase
the good effects of colonics, when used in conjunction with
abdominal massage. Among many other uses, Essential
Oils can help relieve gas, decrease digestive distress, and aid
in the release process when used in a colonic. I continue to be
amazed by the effects of these oils and their ancient method of
healing and when combined with colonics, they are an unstoppable
solution to many health challenges.
I look forward to seeing you at Holistic Fitness
so we can help you on the road to health and well being.
